Refund & Return Policy – Threzo
At Threzo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below:
1. Hassle-Free 7-Day Returns
- We offer easy returns within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. Return eligibility may vary depending on the product or promotional offer.
2. Refunds Based on Payment Method
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be credited as store credit in your Threzo Wallet, which you can use on future purchases.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include your order ID and clear photos of the issue to help us resolve it promptly.
4. Returns on Promotional Offers
- Items bought during promotions such as Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) or free product offers are not eligible for return.
- If a return is requested, all items including any free products must be returned together in original condition.
5. Reverse Pickup & Return Charges
We provide reverse pickup services across most pincodes. However, a reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 may be deducted from your refund in cases of excessive or repeated returns.
Important Notes
- Products marked as non-returnable, final sale, or personal-use items (e.g., innerwear) cannot be returned.
- All returns are subject to a quality check at our warehouse before approval. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days once the return is approved.
