Returns (Clothing Only)

• We offer a 7-day return window on returnable clothing products
• Non-returnable clothing:
• Items purchased at 50% or more discount, including Mega Sale purchases
• Returned clothing must be unused, unworn, and have original tags intact
• A ₹100 non-refundable fee applies to
  all COD clothing returns below ₹3,000
• A ₹300 non-refundable fee applies for footwear, but footwear is excluded here
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable
• International clothing orders are not eligible for return
• Unboxing video is required in case of missing or incorrect items received
• Do not hand over return parcels without official pickup slip or SMS confirmation
• Post-wash issues will be addressed within 30 days of delivery only
• Only one-time exchange is allowed per clothing order
• For pin codes outside our pickup coverage, customers must self-ship the clothing item via Speed Post

• Exchange is not available for clothing priced ₹899 or below
